I have had the pleasure of having two DigaCore Tech's (Josh & Drew) work with me to correct issues I was having with my laptop and desktop computers at work. Each computer had a separate issue. Both techs were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. All of the issues I was having were fixed quickly and expertly. They were able to fix some of the problems remotely and immediately. The other issues that could not be fixed remotely, were fixed by the tech that arrived within a couple of days. I was completely satisfied with their customer service and professionalism and will continue to reach out to them without hesitation when I am in need of help with my computer and/or WIFI. I would like to give a personal shout out to Ebrahim Sait from the DigaCore team. He was called for what should have been a routine fix, but of course my computer couldn't be as simple and cooperative as it should be. Ebrahim stuck with me without giving up and tried multiple different avenues to ensure the problem was fixed. He even let me keep the service ticket open until I could test it out on my own time to ensure the problem was fully fixed before closing out the job. DigaCore is amazing! My work laptop was getting slow and sluggish. I put in a ticket on Thursday morning. By noon I was on the phone with a technician who was attempting to figure out the issue. Once he ran all of the diagnostics, he put a ticket in for a new laptop (mine was 5 years old). I received my new laptop the next morning. When I started it up, there was no sound (this is pretty important since I do many telehealth appointments). I called in and in a matter of 30 minutes the sound issue was fixed. Thanks for all of your help!

I have had the opportunity to use Digicore to help me navigate my computer system at work. They have been very responsive, prompt and courteous to find a file, teach me a process or explain in simple language without making me feel stupid. I phoned in for a problem of a missing page. I first spoke with technician Marcus Grant. He tried everything he could to find the page. He was very kind and considerate and even called back to find out additional information. When he could not find the problem he passed it on to technician Aaron Beverett who was able to find the page and return it to the spot we were accessing it before the problem.
I have to say that both Marcus and Aaron listened to my issues and never treated me as if I made a dumb mistake. I appreciate that so much when having to call tech support for an issue. I also appreciated that Marcus actually asked me to show him exactly what I would usually do while he watched me so that he could better understand the issue and appreciate the importance of this one page. When he couldn't fix it, he passed it off to Aaron who found the page and replaced it.

During a huge transition with IT companies I would love to give a huge shout out to Michelle C, Mike Wolf, Mike Watson, Patrick Spence, and Shayon. They made this transition experience so simple and quick. They had such patience as many of us were having a break down over loosing everything on our computers that we are used to just opening and using. Robert Freeman, with Digacore, was awesome in assisting me in getting my monitor connected and working properly. He took me step by step and showed me exactly what I needed. He even went so far as finding the item and making sure it was available in the store before I picked it up. Robert also followed up with me to make sure that what he suggested worked. Michelle C did a fantastic job. 3 days on the phone with the fax machine manufacturer and service provider, neither one was helpful. The initial level 1 tech couldn't figure it out. Michelle C took about 5 minutes to resolve the issue then stayed on the phone with me for another 20 mins making sure all of the machines were functioning properly. She was fantastic and very polite. 10/10 for her.

DigaCore always responds timely to requests. Most of my requests are completed in a matter of hours. If not the technician follows up until the request is complete. My most recent request was completed by Raffael. He was very efficient. I sent an email and within the hour, my request was complete. I would definitely recommend DigaCore's services to anyone.

Raffael Azevedo has now helped me twice. Once with being on the phone with me for over an hour getting all my computers hooked up to the printer and then yesterday helping me get a therapist connected and he is GREAT!!! Give that man a RAISE!!!! Every time I have had to encounter DigaCore it has been easy and quick and they have figured out the issues and solved them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was not able to print anything from my computer. I called DigaCore Tecnology Technologyand worked with Raffael A to fix the problem. He had to delete a program and re-install it. He was very efficient and corrected the problem quickly so that I could finish a project. The staff at DigaCore Technology are always efficient and don't make me feel like an idiot. Amaan was nice, knowledgeable, and thorough. The issue was fixed quickly, and he showed me what to do if it happened again.
