I have had the pleasure of having two DigaCore Tech's (Josh & Drew) work with me to correct issues I was having with my laptop and desktop computers at work. Each computer had a separate issue. Both techs were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. All of the issues I was having were fixed quickly and expertly. They were able to fix some of the problems remotely and immediately. The other issues that could not be fixed remotely, were fixed by the tech that arrived within a couple of days. I was completely satisfied with their customer service and professionalism and will continue to reach out to them without hesitation when I am in need of help with my computer and/or WIFI. I would like to give a personal shout out to Ebrahim Sait from the DigaCore team. He was called for what should have been a routine fix, but of course my computer couldn't be as simple and cooperative as it should be. Ebrahim stuck with me without giving up and tried multiple different avenues to ensure the problem was fixed. He even let me keep the service ticket open until I could test it out on my own time to ensure the problem was fully fixed before closing out the job.
